Q: Where is my artwork made?
A: Your artwork is proudly made in the USA, right here in Maine!
Q: Can I upload a photo from my phone?
A: Yes! Please make sure to attach as “original size”, not attached as “medium” or “small”. On iPhone (iPhone 14 and above) check photo size by clicking on the info button with the picture displayed, to show file size.
Q: What are the recommended file/artwork upload specifications?
A: Acceptable Formats: JPG, TIFF (High Resolution TIFF), .BMP, .PNG., PDF.
The larger the file size the better! Higher resolutions are always preferred and produce the best image quality.
Original photo from camera (iPhone 14 and above) minimally over 1MB in size, the higher the better.
No Screenshots.
Do not crop.
Thumbnail-sized jpg and gif files are not at a high enough resolution to produce a quality piece.
Q: Can I place an order for a bigger size or for more with more fish?
A: Absolutely! We’re more than happy to create custom orders just for you. If you need a piece larger than our usual sizes or want to include more than four fish in your artwork, we’ve got you covered. Contact us for a custom quote.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Our products are typically shipped in 60 days or less of order receipt and confirmation. We partner with several trusted national carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. If you have any questions about delivery or need additional information, feel free to reach out to us.
Q: Why was my order rejected?
A: We’re committed to delivering exceptional artwork, and that starts with using high-quality images that meet our guidelines. To ensure the best possible results, we reserve the right to decline orders that don’t meet these requirements. If this happens, don’t worry—we’ll let you know what the issue is and, if needed, provide tips to help you submit an image that works!
Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
A: Yes. Please contact us for shipping information to locations outside the United States.
