At Picture-Me-3D, LLC, we’re committed to delivering not just a product, but an unforgettable experience. Each 3D relief artwork is a one-of-a-kind, custom crafted piece of art, created with meticulous attention to detail to preserve your cherished fishing memories. 

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

Picture Me 3D reserves the right to reject submitted photos if they do not meet our production standards, including image quality, fish angle, or other design-related factors. If your image is deemed unsuitable for production, we will issue a full refund.

Damaged Goods Policy

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives safely, but we understand that damages can occasionally occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below to ensure a prompt resolution:

  1. Inspection Period:

    • Inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

    • All damage claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Photographic Evidence:

    • Take clear photographs of the damaged item(s), including packaging and shipping labels.

  3. Contact Us:

    • Send an email to yourcompanyemail@example.com with the subject line: "Damaged Goods - Order #[Order Number]."

    • Include a detailed description of the damage, your order number, and the photographs.

  4. Review Process:

    • Once we receive your email, our team will review your claim within 72 hours.

    • We will contact you to discuss next steps, which may include a replacement, store credit, or other resolution.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
