Image Submission Guidelines

We strive to provide exceptional artwork, which requires high-quality images that meet our specific guidelines. To ensure the best results, we reserve the right to reject any order that does not meet the following requirements:

  1. Acceptable File Formats: 

    • JPG, TIFF (High-Resolution TIFF preferred), BMP, PNG, PDF

     

  2. File Size & Resolution:

    • The larger the file size, the better!

    • Higher resolutions produce the best image quality.

    • Original photos directly from your camera or smartphone (iPhone 14 and newer) are ideal.

    • Images should be at least 1MB in size—the higher, the better.

  3. What to Avoid:

    • Screenshots: These do not provide sufficient resolution for quality artwork.

    • Cropping: Submit uncropped images to ensure we have all necessary details.

    • Low-Resolution Files: Thumbnail-sized JPGs and GIFs are not sufficient for creating high-quality pieces.

  4. Fish in Full Frame:

    • Ensure the entire fish (tip to tip, fin to fin) is visible in your photo. This is essential for creating accurate and complete artwork.

  5. Uploading from Cell Phones

    • Please make sure to attach as “original size”, not attached as “medium” or “small”. On iPhone (iPhone 14 and above) check photo size by clicking on the info button with the picture displayed, to show file size.

  6. Content Guidelines:

  • Images must adhere to appropriate content standards. Any image deemed inappropriate or unsuitable for production will not be accepted.

Intellectual Property Clause

By submitting an image for production, the client represents and warrants that they have full rights and lawful authority to use the image for the intended purpose. This includes ownership of the image or proper authorization from the copyright holder. The client further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Picture-Me-3D, LLC, its affiliates, and its agents from any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from the use of submitted images that violate copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights.
